First Course: Porcetta Di Testa - burnt honey, bourbon pickled mustard seeds, our bread (wine pairing - Hunter Glenn 2017 Chardonnay)
Second Course: Tenderloin - Fennel & orange rubbed, pork fat potato hash, blackberry preserve (wine pairing - Hunter Glenn 2017 Chardonnay)
Third Course: Shoulder Confit Raviolis - Sweet corn, cracked peas, pork consomme, cacciocavallo (wine paring - Hunter Glenn 2016 Napa Valley Red Wine)
