Course 3: Choice of Lechon Asado (Roast pork, a trademark of the Cuban cuisine, seasoned with a traditional marinade and roasted to perfection), Churrasco a La Cubana (Certified natural Angus skirt steak, charbroiled to juicy tenderness and topped with a Chimichurri sauce), or Camarones Ajillo (Jumbo shrimp sauteed in a white wine garlic-butter sauce)
